Register

The registration system for the WVC 2025 will be open soon! Authors can register to the event following the instruction on the Registration Website. Information about payments via "Nota de Empenho" is available at the bottom of the Registration Website.

• An early full registration of at least one author is required for each paper publication
• The registration fee covers participation in the technical sessions, invited talks, tutorials, workshops, conference material and coffee breaks. It does not cover the Conference Dinner.
• SBC members, Graduate and Undergraduate Students must show an oficial letter from his/her institution confirming the student status at the registration desk of the conference.
• Any foreign citizen having problems with the registration system, may contact by email, wvc2025@ufscar.br
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register to WVC2025 and pay the registration fee to have the paper included in the conference program and published in the proceedings.
• Further instructions will be send to the authors.
